Wilmington Police are asking for the public's assistance in tracking down 30-year old Nicodemus Morris who was recently indicted by a New Castle County grand jury on murder charges.

Morris is accused of shooting and killing 50-year old Donnell Seeney of Dover around 10 p.m. on July 21, 2025, in the 700 block of North Franklin Street.
