Several types of Italian cookies are being recalled due to undeclared allergens, according to notices from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Gina Marie Bakery of Waterbury, Connecticut, is recalling 1- and 2-pound packages of cookies because they contain undeclared almonds, sesame seeds, and food dyes.
People with allergies to these ingredients risk serious or potentially life-threatening reactions if they consume the products, according to the administration.
