The dashboard tracks the price of groceries, gas, utilities and housing for the U.S.'s 100 largest metro areas, including Spokane and Spokane Valley.

The tracker analyzes thousands of price points and census data across 10 years to map out current and historical cost of living.

As of September 11, the typical home price in Spokane and Spokane Valley is $426,152, which, according to the tracker, is 15.6% higher than the national average for a single family home.
