BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) -- Week 3 of the high school football season kicks off Thursday

The AHSAA Game of the Week will be played between St. John Paul II Catholic and North Jackson Thursday. After a big win over Vestavia a week ago, Hewitt-Trussville (3-0), looks to continue on an impressive start with a win at Hoover (1-2). Spain Park (1-1) looks to bounce back from its loss to Hoover as they will player Helena (1-1). Alabama WR commit Cederian Morgan and Benjamin Russell (2-1) will travel to face Chilton County (1-2).
