Black Hawk County Sheriff Nathan Neff and Waterloo Police Chief Robert Duncan brought members of both their departments to a Habitat for Humanity build at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre & Expo Plaza.

“We absolutely love to get back to the community on any day, but 9-11 is kind of a special day, a day where we should really all come together and focus on community and get together,” says Sheriff Neff.
