The Carolina Panthers front office has recently fired a public relations employee after the employee made a post about the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
"The views expressed by our employees are their own and do not represent those of the Carolina Panthers. We do not condone violence of any kind. We are taking this matter very seriously and have accordingly addressed it with the individual," the Panthers front office team wrote on (X).
Charlie Rock, who was a football communications coordinator for the Panthers, posted on (X), "Why are y'all sad? Your man said it was worth it ...." after also including a photo of the 31-year-old Charlie Kirk.
So far, the team has made no other official comments on the situation.
