NEW ALBANY, Ind. — Isela Morelas and Tabitha Hollins are two single mothers with three young children. Both bring their children to Little Adventures in-home child care thanks to the state's voucher program. They could be losing that assistance with changes to the program's rates by the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA).

Hollins is going back to school to be a nurse and is a year and a half into the program. She hopes this career path will build a better life not only for herself, but her kids.
