The Jets made a conscious effort to get younger and faster this offseason. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that they found a way to get all seven of their picks from April’s NFL Draft on the field on Sunday’s season-opening loss to the Steelers.

And there was a whole lot of good, starting with right tackle Armand Membou who had the best imaginable debut against the Steelers and one of the most dangerous pass rushers in the league. It was so good that coach Aaron Glenn didn’t want to dwell on it this week as the Jets got ready to face Buffalo.
