SAYRE, Pa. (WETM) — Sayre Police have provided more details on a bomb threat incident in August that closed down a Catholic school for several days in Sayre and led to the arrest of a Colorado man in South Dakota.

Ronald Fiorello, 62, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 21, on numerous felony charges in Rapid City, South Dakota, following alleged email threats to the Epiphany Catholic School in Sayre the day before.

In newly obtained information on Sept. 11, Sayre Police were sent to the school on Aug. 20, just after 11 a.m., when reports came in that the school received three emails saying there were bombs placed in the school. For clarity into the administration's reasoning behind closing the school, the messaging in the email is listed below:

"10 LETHAL AND DANGEROUS BOMBS HAVE BEEN PLACE
