CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) Hundreds of new homes and apartments are being built along Clements Ferry Road, but some people who live in the area are worried that the infrastructure cannot keep up with the development.
Development in Del Webb and Point Hope off Clements Ferry Road could be expanding. Charleston’s Technical Review Board reviewed plans for hundreds of single-family homes.
The projects could bring nearly 300 homes to the senior living community in Del Webb and just under 100 single-family homes to Point Hope North Residential as part of their master planned community.
Some residents say this will lead to gridlock.
