Mayor Cal Hendrick will join community leaders to officially kick off Hispanic Heritage Month on Friday, September 12, at Dos Amigos Restaurant, 4700 N. Golder. The event begins at 11:30 a.m. and is hosted by Hispanic Heritage of Odessa.

The kickoff marks the start of a month-long celebration honoring the culture, history, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities in Odessa and across the nation.
