High ozone levels could affect those with breathing issues Friday

An Air Quality Alert will go into effect on Friday for the Greater New Orleans area, the Baton Rouge metro, and the I-12 corridor from Slidell to Covington.

A level 3 out of 5, "orange" air quality day that's labled "unhealthy for sensitive groups", will go into effect for elevated ozone levels that's harmful for us to breathe.
