Cumberland County commissioners got a 20-project wish-list from a Facilities Planning Task Force Wednesday that’s headlined by calls for a new courthouse in Carlisle.

Triggered by projected growth in court caseloads and demands for services, as well perceived efficiency, security, access and other concerns with existing buildings, the plan proposes the biggest reordering of county facilities in decades.
