Pinnacle Ridge Winery closed its satellite location in Lansdale, Montgomery County, on Sept. 7.

Owner Carl Helrich posted on Facebook that he had been “working for nearly a year to find a suitable new home in Lansdale or nearby, and thought we had one in the works. We’re sad to say it didn’t work out as we had hoped. Since we have not secured a new space to move into, we have no choice but to close our Lansdale location.”

Helrich purchased the brand from founder and winemaker Brad Knapp in January 2021, who sold the Berks County winery after 25 years. He opened the satellite location in Lansdale in March 2022, in a building that once served as the former site of The Reporter circulation department and also as the former Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County headquarters,
