DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- A well-known local business owner is accused of sex crimes against children.
Benjamin Stuckey, 33, has been indicted on eight felony counts related to the possession, distribution, creation or sale of at least four videos containing child pornography.
The alleged crimes date back to March 5, 2024.
He is the owner of Baker Benji’s, a bakery in Old North Dayton.
According to Fairborn Police records, the investigation began after the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Department contacted a detective about the alleged incident.
According to a Fairborn Police Department case report, Stuckey turned himself on Aug. 18, 17 days after being indicted by a Greene County grand jury.
