OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - In court filings this week, the Oklahoma Attorney General accused Ronald 'Brent' Swadley's defense team of using Artificial Intelligence to get a judge to move forward with the case.
The case stems from Swadley's defense team arguing that AG Gentner Drummond should be removed from prosecution because they claim his comments, mainly made online, have jeopardized their right to a fair trial.
The news first broke from The Oklahoman.
In case filings from this week, the AG stated that he found several errors and a lie, which he claimed in his motion is an attempt by Swadley to delay the trial itself.
