The suspect charged in connection with a police pursuit in Morgan County that ended in a deadly wreck that took the life of a 17-year-old was released from the hospital and booked into jail for murder on Thursday.
According to Hartselle Police, Archie Hale was released from medical care then arrested and booked into the Morgan County Jail.
In addition to the charge of murder, Hale faces multiple charges through the Priceville Police Department including attempting to elude, possession with intent, DUI, reckless endangerment, and several moving violations.
Hale is currently being held without bond.
