YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Two people were allegedly harassed by a Red Lion man who was posing as a member of law enforcement conducting an investigation, according to police.

Dennis Moore II, 57, faces charges that include two misdemeanor counts of impersonating a public servant after allegedly posing as a U.S. Marshal last month, court documents filed by York County Regional Police show.

A worker at 7 Brew Coffee in York Township was walking to her vehicle after she finished up a shift on Aug. 12 when she saw Moore parked facing her vehicle, the charging documents show.

Police said Moore got out and identified himself as a U.S. Marshal to her. He allegedly questioned her about her vehicle and whether she had any weapons inside.
