Royal Caribbean has announced it will pause all visits to its private destination in Labadee, Haiti, until at least May 2026 due to continuing violence and civil unrest in the country, Travel Pulse reports.

The cruise line cited safety concerns related to the deteriorating situation in Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital, as the primary reason for the extended suspension. While Labadee is located away from the capital, the company is taking precautionary measures to ensure passenger safety.
