PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Authorities are searching for a man accused of stabbing his mother in her home near Woodland, Washington.

Around 5 a.m. Thursday, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a disturbance call at Oaks Mobile & RV Park along Northwest Lakeshore Drive.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the caller reported that her adult son – identified as 30-year-old Miguel Bravo -- stabbed her and that she locked herself in her bedroom after the attack.

Several law enforcement agencies responded, including Clark Cowlitz Fire Rescue, Cowlitz Tribal Police, Ridgefield police and Woodland police.

On the scene, authorities said Bravo already left the scene.

Officials said the caller was treated and taken by ambulance to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
