Emma Heming Willis thought about pulling the plug on her marriage to iconic film star Bruce Willis union right before he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

This interesting fact surfaced during an in-depth profile with Vanity Fair on Friday, where “ The Unexpected Journey ” author and caregiver advocate said, “I felt like my marriage was crumbling,” and that she even considered divorce at one point.

Heming Willis, 49, even thought that Willis, 70, had fallen out of love with her or had become someone else.

“’What is going on? This is not the person that I married. Something is just so off.’ And I just couldn’t figure it out,” she recounted.

“It is so hard right now for me to tap into that time of our life,” she added about their memorable “romantic, beautiful story”
