BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT) - Police are reassuring families that they are investigation a picture circulating on social media.

In a Bellevue Police post, the department said Thursday they were aware of a photo getting circulated that caused concern about a school shooting the area.

“It has been determined that this post is referencing a school in another state. The appropriate agency is aware of the photograph and is conducting an investigation,” the post states.
