OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Below is a roundup of sentences handed down last week in federal court in Omaha, according to updates Monday from acting U.S. Attorney Steven Russell.

The acting U.S. Attorney’s office in Omaha reminds the public that there is no parole in the federal system.

, 40, of Omaha, was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison on Sept. 3 for transportation of child pornography. He will serve a five-year term of supervised release after prison. On May 1, 2024, Google made a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children indicating that a Google user uploaded 13 videos of child pornography. The IP address was traced back to an Omaha residence where Rodriguez Ramirez lived. A search warrant for his Google account found he had uploaded the videos. He later told agents
