A $240 million mixed-use district is set to rise soon near the new Addison Circle Silver Line station after a master development agreement was approved for Quadrant Enterprises LLC.
The Addison City Council voted unanimously Sept. 9 to advance the project dubbed Addison Junction, a forthcoming mixed-use project that hopes to add to the area’s urban character and capitalize on the city's investment toward the new $2 billion train line. In April, Addison approved a memorandum of understanding with Dallas-based Quadrant Investment Properties, a company that has been active in Dallas' Design District . Work could begin on the Addison project as early as next summer.
