PEQUOT LAKES — Alexa Pietig finished with 13 kills, 14 set assists, 17 digs and an ace to help the Pequot Lakes Patriots to a 3-1 Granite Ridge Conference win over the Pierz Pioneers Thursday, Sept. 11.

June Ruud posted 11 kills, 20 digs, a block and an ace and Haile Bengston corralled 24 digs.

Pierz was led by Autumn Jones who tallied 11 kills and 16 digs. Sophie Ledienforst recorded 30 digs and Brookyln Hanneken collected 35 set assists, 12 digs, a block and an ace for Pierz.

SEBEKA — Payton Gravelle recorded 17 kills, eight digs, four aces and a block for the Wadena-Deer Creek as they defeated the Sebeka Trojans 3-0 in a Park Region Conference matchup Thursday, Sept. 11.
