OPELIKA, Ga. (WTVM) - The Tunnel To Towers Foundation’s mobile 9/11 museum is open in Opelika for attendees to hear stories and learn more about the tragic day.
The ‘9/11 Never Forget Exhibit’ is at Southern Union State Community College’s main campus in Opelika, right across the street from Opelika High School.
This museum includes pictures and artifacts from the rubble and wreckage. New York Firefighters who were in Lower Manhattan 24 years ago will also speak.
“It wasn’t just our country, it was 90 nations that were affected,” said Lafayette Fire Chief Jim Doody.
