Nathan Metcalf, a man from Lawrenceburg, Indiana, has transformed his 1988 Blazer into a mobile billboard to honor two friends lost to suicide and raise awareness about mental health.

At first glance, Metcalf's Blazer appears to be a sweet, refurbished ride from the 90s, but upon closer inspection, it reveals a powerful message spelled out across the hood, doors, and bumper. Advertisement

"I couldn't have even began to talk about Andy originally but I had to get this done,” Metcalf said.

Andy Cook, Metcalf's childhood best friend, took his own life three years ago after becoming addicted to painkillers, then drugs, and eventually falling into a dark depression.
