A woman who was living with a man currently on trial for murder said she couldn't remember the night of a fatal stabbing as she was "on a lot of drugs" at the time.

Three men, Luke Anthony Shaw, 33, Paul William Shaw, 35, and Patrick Kenneth Dolbey, 40 , are on trial in the Supreme Court in Launceston for the alleged murder of David Wayne Jenkins.

The Crown has alleged that Luke Shaw stabbed Mr Jenkins 11 times in the back during an altercation on Lambert Street in George Town on October 22, 2022.

It has argued that Paul Shaw and Dolbey are equally complicit due to common unlawful purpose.
