Riverdale seniors Byron Perrilliat and Toren Signal proved hard to stop in a Week 2 Thursday night matchup against Haynes at Yenni Stadium.

Signal found the end zone first after catching a 7-yard touchdown pass from Riverdale senior quarterback Lance Simmons, but the Scottish Rebels scored only seven points in the first quarter after a pair of turnovers. Riverdale took care of the football the rest of the way in a 42-0 blowout win over Haynes.

Riverdale pulled away in the second quarter, with the senior running back Perrilliat delivering back-to-back touchdown runs. Perrilliat’s first rushing touchdown was from 46 yards out, and he followed that up with a 59-yard score.
