The state's political leaders have had their last-ditch bids for votes ahead of the Kiama byelection tomorrow (Saturday, September 13).

Opposition leader Mark Speakman joined Liberal candidate Serena Copley at the pre-poll booth in Kiama during the afternoon, while NSW Premier Chris Minns and acting Education Minister Courtney Houssos joined Labor candidate Katelin McInerney at Bomaderry High School.

They inspected a new technological and applied studies building that is due to be open at the start of term four as part of a $41 million upgrade to the school.

The new building includes three state-of-the-art classrooms as well as three workshops for woodwork, metalwork, and food technology.
