A 44-year-old Sydney man was arrested and charged after $1 million worth of cannabis plants were seized at his Condell Park property.
Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command began investigating into an alleged hydroponic set up in June 2025.
The set up was believed to be in a Condell Park property, in the city's west.
Following extensive investigations and inquiries, Police officers executed a search warrant at a home on Simmat Avenue, Condell Park.
With the help of officers from the Proactive crime team at Bankstown Police Area Command and the South West Metropolitan Operations Support group, they allegedly located and seized hydroponic set up along with 300 cannabis plants.
It is believed the value of the seized plants is estimated to be total of $1 million.
