DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Fall is still more than a week away and it's definitely going to feel like summer.
Central Illinois has, at least, another week or more of intense heat with 90-degree or higher days.
While the humidity builds, luckily it won't be as humid as earlier this summer.
Overnight lows will drop back mostly into the 60s.
A few showers and storms are possible Saturday afternoon into Sunday, mainly across the east and northeast.
Unfortunately, the drought conditions will worsen over the next seven days.
