SOUTH FULTON, Ga. - A youth football coach is facing charges after an incident during practice this week.

The South Fulton Police Department charged the volunteer coach after a 12-year-old boy was injured at Old National Park on Monday night and airlifted to the hospital.

Jonathan Richard Sagers faces a felony charge of first-degree cruelty to children and a misdemeanor battery charge.
