Palmyra Borough Council passed several motions at the Sept. 9 meeting, including voting to allow an Eagle Scout project at Heritage Park and authorizing the borough solicitor to amend an ordinance to change several handicap parking spots throughout town. They also heard an update on paving projects throughout the borough.

Antoine Molinelli Fuster with Boy Scout Troop 456 attended the meeting to request permission to clean Heritage Park over the weekend of March 20 for his Eagle Scout project. He said he lives near the park and would like to clean it to improve a nearby community space.
