GRAND RAPIDS, MI - In far too many cases, the perpetrators of violent crimes are never caught or brought to justice.

Reporter John Agar spoke to Kescha Covington on Wednesday about a man finally being charged with open murder in the 1991 stabbing of her pregnant mother, Talfrieda “Frieda” Covington . Darrick Anderson was already serving two life sentences for the 2008 killings of two men in a Grand Haven jewelry store robbery.
