COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Human remains discovered outside Columbia on Thursday have been identified as a missing woman.
The Richland County Coroner’s Office confirmed to WIS that the remains of 56-year-old Angela Fuller were found in the area of Shakespeare Lane in Dentsville.
Fuller was reported missing by a loved one after not hearing from her since Aug. 29. In the weeks since, the Columbia Police Department said it was treating her case like a homcide investigation.
Police said that the last person she was known to be with was her boyfriend, Anthony Reese, who they have confirmed is a person of interest.
Reese was arrested two days after Fuller was last seen for multiple traffic violations, including failure to stop for blue lights and having a false license plate.
