LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Attorney General Tim Griffin announced the arrests of two men this week on child pornography charges in Arkansas.

Sam Cannon, 21, of Sheridan, was arrested September 10 and charged with eight felony counts of pandering or possession of visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child after the Special Investigations Division received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Griffin said.

Douglas Lee Black, 61, of Pine Bluff, was arrested September 11 and charged with one felony count of pandering or possession of visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child after another NCMEC cybertip, Griffin said.
