PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha says the woman charged with neglect for the disappearance of a woman back in March will now have her case move to superior court.

43-year-old Roberta Gerard was employed at Seven Hills Group Home in Lincoln, and according to the AG, took a developmentally disabled woman for a “day out” in the community on March 19.

She’s accused of stopping at a nail salon in Cranston and leaving the victim unattended for an hour and a half.

She reported the victim missing at 4 that afternoon, allegedly making false statements to Cranston police.

The victim, Linda DeLomba, was found after a five-day search near the nail salon, lying in the fetal position in a vehicle and covered in her own urine and feces.

Gerard will be arraigned
