The Saskatchewan RCMP are asking for the public's help as they investigate a vehicle theft that took place in Wolseley early Thursday morning. According to a Crime Watch Advisory, the theft happened between 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. Thursday.
Police say a dark blue, older model truck, believed to be a Dodge, was seen in the town with two occupants. The truck was described as having rust on the fenders and wheel wells, with spare tires in the box and no license plate attached.
A male and a female suspect were seen exiting the truck with flashlights and walking through a residential neighbourhood. The male suspect then stole a grey Volkswagen Passat with Saskatchewan license plate 476 NTR.
Both the stolen Passat and the blue truck were last seen leaving the area.
