LANSING, Mich. — State Senator Jeremy Moss (D), the President Pro Tempore of the Michigan Senate, released a statement on what he said was a targeted bomb threat made to his home on Thursday.
“Yesterday, I received a detailed and specific message threatening me at my home with a bomb," he said. "Local and state police arrived swiftly, along with a bomb-sniffing dog, to ensure there was no immediate danger. I am thankful for our law enforcement."
The threat came on the same day Michigan Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist II (D) said there was a credible bomb threat made to his home.
