YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A York County man left threatening voicemails with a District Office of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Department of Justice said.
Troy Rishell, 48, of York, agreed to a plea deal on Thursday to a charge of threats against a United States official, court documents filed in the Middle District of Pennsylvania show.

The Department of Justice says it will recommend, at maximum, a two-year sentence as part of the plea deal with Rishell. According to court documents, Rishell also agreed to three years on supervised release and a $250,000 fine as part of the deal.
