A debate between B.C. Green leadership candidates is coming to Victoria this weekend.

Between 2 and 4 p.m. on Sept. 13, Adam Bremner-Akins, Jonathan Kerr and Emily Lowan will face off at the Victoria Marriott hotel as they vie for leadership of the provincial party.

The race comes months after then party leader Sonia Furstenau announced her decision to leave politics after losing the Victoria-Beacon Hill riding to Grace Lore in the 2024 provincial election. West Vancouver-Sea to Sky MLA Jeremy Valeriote is the current interim leader of the party.
