ALLIANCE, Neb. (KOLN) - The Nebraska State Patrol arrested two people in connection with a suspected homicide in western Nebraska.
Investigators discovered human remains in rural Box Butte County on Thursday and believe the person was a homicide victim.
Authorities arrested 26-year-old Tamara Bingham of Alliance on a first-degree murder charge and 36-year-old Matthew Landreth as an accessory to a felony.
The investigation involved the Box Butte County Sheriff’s Office, Alliance Police Department, Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office, WING Task Force, and the offices of the Sheridan and Box Butte County Attorneys, as well as the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office.
