WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Chan's Fine Oriental Dining — Woonsocket's self-proclaimed home of "egg rolls, jazz and blues" — is up for sale.

The Chinese restaurant has been in business for more than 100 years and has spent the last five decades as a popular jazz club.

The asking price for the Main Street property and the business is $1.5 million collectively, according to Mancini Real Estate.

"[Chan's] will remain open during the sale as it seeks a new buyer for either the real estate, the business or a package deal altogether," realtor Garrett Mancini told 12 News.

Mancini Real Estate has listed the property and business at $1 million and $500,000, respectively. The listing notes that the building consists of a restaurant, bar and lounge "perfect for shows or private events."
