WEATHER STORY: The atmosphere is unstable right now so it is prone to lifting. Lifting moisture aloft makes clouds, rain and storms. Scattered showers and storms will continue Friday night. Some storms could become strong to severe. Heavy rain could cause flash flooding. And, areas of fog are possible again through Saturday morning.
