EAGAN, Minn. — The Minnesota Vikings will be without three more playmakers when they host the Atlanta Falcons in their home opener Sunday night, coach Kevin O'Connell announced Friday.
Left tackle Christian Darrisaw, edge rusher Andrew Van Ginkel and cornerback Jeff Okudah have all been ruled out for Sunday's game at U.S. Bank Stadium, leaving the Vikings even more shorthanded after placing linebacker Blake Cashman (hamstring) and running back Ty Chandler (knee) on injured reserve earlier in the week.
Darrisaw, who is working his way back from a season-ending knee injury he suffered last October, ramped up his workload this week in practice, but will remain sidelined for at least another game.
