Four people were arrested Thursday morning at a house near downtown Greeley after city police, its SWAT team and officers from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives served a search warrant.

The incident surrounding a residence in the 1300 block of 11th Avenue began about 10 a.m. Thursday and also included the Greeley Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team. The activity in the area closed 11th Avenue between 13th and 14th streets for more than an hour and caught the attention of many bystanders.

Those arrested were Geoffrey Rocha, 37, Anthony Ornelas, 40, Felicia Ybarra, 39, and Vincent Romero, 36.

According to Weld County Jail records online, Rocha was arrested for a failing to appear in court; Ornelas was arrested for a failure to appear and a probation violatio
