Tyler James Robinson, the suspect accused of killing political activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University, grew up and attended school in Washington County. Neighbors of the 22-year-old Dixie Tech student say they are shocked about this revelation.

Robinson lives with a roommate at The Cottages at Fossil Hills housing complex on River Road. This is a different location from where he was arrested, a home on Cimarron Drive in Washington City, the residence of Robinson’s parents.

Shelby Holt, a parent living in the housing complex, said she’s shocked that the suspect in Kirk’s shooting was just a few doors down the way.
