BROOK PARK, Ohio – An intoxicated Cleveland man, 35, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Aug. 31 after he crashed his pickup truck into another vehicle at Brookpark Road and West 150th Street, then drove away.

When police arrived at the crash scene, the victim said the man drove away northbound on West 150th. The man’s pickup truck had broadsided the victim’ vehicle while turning north onto West 150th from Brookpark.

Police spotted the man’s truck, a Toyota Tundra, in the parking lot of Allied Corp., 4900 West 150th, just north of Brookpark. The man was standing outside the truck.

Police asked the man what he was doing. He said his truck had hit something but he didn’t know what it was. The man smelled like alcohol. His eyes were bloodshot and glassy and he was unsteady on his feet.
