BOOTS AND BOWTIES EVENT TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY DENTAL CARE IN SW VA. —ABINGDON, Va. Pull on your boots, tie up your bowtie and get ready for an evening of fun and philanthropy as Ballad Health Foundation’s annual Boots and Bowties event is back on Saturday, Sept. 13, from 6-10 p.m. at the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center, located at 1 Partnership Circle in Abingdon, Va.
